1. Placing an Order

How do I check my order status?

Once your order is processed (usually 1-3 business days), you will receive a **Shipping Confirmation Email** which includes your **tracking number** and a link to monitor your package. If you haven't received this email after 3 days, please check your spam folder or contact us at e-mail

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to **change or cancel** an order, please contact us **immediately** (within 2 hours of placing the order) at e-mail. We cannot guarantee changes once the order enters the fulfillment process with our dropshipping partners, but we will always do our best to assist you.

What happens if my tracking information hasn't updated?

Don't worry! It can take **2-5 business days** for the tracking information to update once an order has been picked up by the carrier. If your tracking information has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.


2. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds (Devoluções e Reembolsos)

What is your return policy?

We offer a **14-day return window** from the date you received your item. All items must be **unused, unopened (for hygiene products), and in their original packaging** to qualify for a return. Please refer to our main Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please email us at e-mail and include:

  1. Your **Order Number** (e.g., #VTL1234).
  2. The **Product Name** you wish to return.
  3. The **Reason for the Return**.

Our team will provide you with the necessary return instructions and the return address.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently **do not offer direct exchanges**. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What if the item I received is damaged or defective?

We inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us **immediately** within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos or a video clearly showing the defect so we can arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
